Customer Support Administrator

At present we have several jobs for customer support administrators based in Kotte.  They will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, supporting buyers and sellers using the website.  The role requires effective multi-tasking across several key departments. Some will also have the option for flexible hours.

 

Requirements:

  • A good command/understanding of English is essential.
    Able to organize work areas and improve
  • Good knowledge of researching on the internet
    Previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage
    Willing to work on your own initiative
