This book "Asymmetric Synthesis-Principles and Methodology" fills a long standing void for a textbook that deals with stereochemistry of specialised topics. This book provides a comprehensive account of concepts of Asymmetric Synthesis. The topics have been dealt with systematically, diagrammatically and in a lucid language. The book is based on three important principles. First, concepts and terminology used in asymmetric synthesis, Secondly, the four types of asymmetric synthesis and Third, applications of asymmetric synthesis.
