METHOD OF USE

Get required amount of Blondor Powder into a non-metallic bowl and add selected "Oxidant" according to required lightening effect.

(2 parts of Oxidant to 1 part of powder). Mix well until get a smooth & creamy paste. Apply on the hair and leave for required time. Then rinse off gently.
